The 27 Demonic Yɛkplinu Spirits

In African Vodun, we have identified 27 powerful negating spirits called 𞤴𞤹𞥂𞤭𞤲𞤵 Yɛkplinu. We have learned that the best way to defeat powerful negative spirits is to know them by nam; thus, the profound importance of the application of this science. These are the spirits that govern certain aspects of the world of the demonic. Keep in mind that these spirits cannot be destroyed but they can be isolated, repelled and removed from your life. 

𞤢𞤱𞤮𞤾𞤭 Awovi - chaos. Leader of the Yɛkplinu. Birthed from the most primordial darkness of the first uga (age) of Azi in human history

𞤬𞤵𞤻𞤢𞤺𞤢𞤲 Funyagan - lust, deprivation, and degeneracy of all sorts. It attaches itself to people, families and communities through these vices 

𞤸𞤵𞥊 Hù - spirit of severe loss and also a spirit which seems to take lives early acting outside of the natural order.

𞤧𞤴𞤹𞤲𞤲𞤢𞤴𞤭𞤩𞤢𞤣𞤮 Syɛnnayigbado - escalates mental anxiety, depression and other such related issues. Can cause a person to commit suicide.

𞤽𞤬𞤽𞤲𞤵𞤺𞤵𞤺𞤵 Ɔfɔnugugu - spirit of loss that attached itself to the mental spirit of loss, poverty, kwk in an individual, family, or even community 

𞤴'𞤣𞤮𞤣𞤫𞤺𞤢𞤲 Yɛdodegan - Master of illusion and falsehood presented as truth. Makes a person a slave to falsehood

𞤿𞤮𞤳𞤹𞤲𞤼𞤮 Xokɛnto - spirit that relishes on violence. Prolific where poverty prevails. Attracted to war.

𞤥𞤢𞤬𞤫𞤲𞤵 Mafenu - disrupts happiness, peace, prosperity and forward movement 

𞤸𞤱𞤫𞤩𞤢𞥈𞤼𞤽 Hwegbàtɔ - attacks marriages and heterosexual unions in general. Can work with negative ancestors of either person in the union

𞥁𞤵𞤲𞤲𞤵𞤣𞤵𞤣𞤵 Zunnududu - attempts to snatch or eat away at souls

𞤦𞤤𞤫 Ble - attacks children and pregnant women. Causes very bad behavior in children

𞤟𞤭𞥇𞤲𞤬𞤤𞤵𞥊𞥅 Zǐnflú - provides strength, fame, power, kwk but at a costly price that sneaks up on a person slowly. This is often due to someone "selling" their soul

𞤢𞤬𞤽𞥂𞤤𞤫𞤲𞤵𞤺𞤢𞤲 Afɔkplenugan - known for throwing out unexpected obstacles and difficulties related to legit goals and desires

𞤺𞤵𞤣𞤵 Gudu - spirit of destruction that thrives off people and societies that feel they are above spirit

𞤸𞤹𞤲𞤤𞤢𞤥𞤫𞤶𞤫 Hɛnlameje - attacks the health of an individual making it seem worse than what it is. Often employed in witchcraft 

𞤩𞤢𞥈𞤧𞤵𞥊 Gbàsù - attacks people who break their personal or family taboos whether "accidentally" or those who do so without regard. It also attacks people that violate others' taboos. Sometimes Fá will reveal that this spirit is present and that this may explain why a person continues with destructive behavior. It could be that a person is knowingly violating taboos or "accidentally" doing so. However, in relation to "accidental", many times it doesn't take an oracle to tell you what you already know is not right or wrong or what doesn't feel comfortable, especially for you. It could be that you are constantly being warned by people or events about certain behavior. Everyone sees what you claim not to see, but deep down you know it. That's is also violating taboos.

𞤢𞤸𞤢𞤲𞤺𞤵 Ahangu - strong spirit that preys on alcohol. Makes a person feel like they cannot function without it.

𞤢𞤣𞤢𞤲𞤲𞤵 Adannu - very angry spirit that feeds of trauma 

𞤥𞤢𞤣𞤮𞤳𞤱𞤫 Madokwe - sly and stealthy spirit that can affect financial well being. Plays on greed and pride

𞤢𞤣𞤤𞤢 Adla - created calamities and accidents. Used to be confined to the forest in ancient times

𞤣𞤶𞤤𞤮𞤳𞤮𞤳𞤮 Djlokoko - influences people through dreams implanting false images, false experiences, kek. Name literally means "dream exploit".

𞤶𞤫𞤶𞤫𞤩𞤮 Jejegbo - Master of fear. This spirit has grown greatly starting with this current age of 𞤢𞥁𞤭 Azi and grows rapidly at this moment

𞤴𞤹𞤶𞤤𞤮𞤼𞤢𞤩𞤢𞥈 Yɛjlotagbà - causes people to hunger for things (not just food) excessively. Especially active towards those in highly competitive fields.

𞥂𞤤𞤭𞤧𞤽𞤩𞤢𞤣𞤢 Kplisɔgbada - collector of human souls. Can disguise herself as a Kɛnnɛsi/Ìyáàmi; the Great Mother's of the Night. Can "eat" a person from the inside.

𞤣𞤫𞤺𞤮𞤲 Degon - entity that preys on a person's primary weakness

𞤸𞤵𞥂𞤢 Hukpa - causes obstacles for people through who are already attuned to low spirits

𞤿𞤮𞤩𞤢𞥈 Xogbà - a demon spirit that makes deals with people for their or another person's soul or life. This spirit has armies of demons working for it.

𞤩𞤢𞤣𞤵𞤳𞤵 Gbaduku - not a true Yɛkplinu. Yet, they are spirits who present themselves as a person's ancestors but are not. They often appear as ancestors who are urging a person to do something negative.
